Irina V. Fedyaeva Mrs. Fedyaeva is the Managing Director of Centurion Capital. She is responsible for the overall management and business strategy of Centurion. She reports directly to the Board of Directors of Centurion Capital. Since September 1999 she has worked with Russian and international consulting firms developing business plans for entrepreneurs and soliciting bank loans on their behalf. As a Financial Manager with ResourceInvest, a joint stock Russian investment company, she managed a portfolio of regional telecommunications clients seeking equity and debt financing worth US$16 million.
From August 2002 – August 2005, she was the Program Manager with Development Alternatives, Inc. responsible for managing a microfinance program targeting microfinance providers in the Russian regions. In this capacity she conducted due diligences on over 50 microfinance providers across Russia and prepared recommendations to a Grants Committee comprised of independent members of the business community.
Mrs. Fedyaeva holds a Ph.D in Economics from Moscow State University and a Masters in financial management from the State Radio Technical Academy in Ryazan.
Maria O. Golubeva Mrs. Maria O. Golubeva is the Senior Loan Officer, Mrs. Golubeva manages the loan process starting with business development to conducting due diligences. Jointly with the Managing Director and as a member of the management team, she formulates recommendations on potential loan applications and presents them to the Loan Committee for approval. She is an experienced microfinance practitioner working with European Bank of Reconstruction & Development, the World Bank, and the Asian Development Bank since 2003. As a senior Loan Officer for the Kyrgyz Republic Fund for Economic Development, she conducted due diligences of small and medium businesses and individual entrepreneurs and monitored a US$50 mlm loan portfolio. Mrs. Golubeva holds a Masters Degree in Finance and Credit from the International Slavynski Institute in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic.
